NeXgenTM 16HP is a fully automated, one step molecular diagnostic system. It is an ergonomically designed, fully integrated device that streamlines the entire workflow, including sample loading, nucleic acid extraction, qPCR setup, PCR amplification, result analysis, and report generation.

- High- multiplex qPCR with 5+ channels and split-sample options offering double qPCR reactions in a 32 wells qPCR cycler.
- Automated patented PCR tube crown cap that seals and transfer qPCR tubes from set-up area to the qPCR cycler.
- Comprehensive results visualization on a genuine UI – view all data directly on NeXgen™ 16HP, including Ct values, amplification curves, melting peaks, and more.
- Full bi-directional LIMS connectivity – for sample incoming management, worklist handling as well as results traceability and records.
