The MagPurix® FFPE DNA Extraction Kit is designed to extract the total nucleic acid from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples and needle biopsies. The kit uses unique magnetic ZiBeads® technology and in combination with MagPurix® series automatic instruments, achieved superior product quality, consistent and high product yield and reproducible results. The final product is suitable for a wide range of diagnostic and research applications, such as sequencing, genotyping, qPCR, ddPCR and NGS assays.
