The MagPurix® Coronavirus RNA Extraction Kit is intended to be used only in combination with the MagPurix® EVO instrument. The kit provides reagents for fully automated and simultaneous purification of viral nucleic acid from serum, plasma, saliva, sputum, clinical swabs, cell-free body fluids, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The unique magnetic ZiBeads® technology enables the purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities. Purified nucleic acids are ready for direct use in downstream applications.
