Zinexts Launched First International Early Career Internship Program

Zinexts has successfully completed its first international high school internship program, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to nurturing emerging biotech talent worldwide. The immersive learning program welcomed Valentina Martinez, a student from Deutsche Schule zu Porto in Portugal, for an intensive three-week experience from July 1-18, 2025.

Valentina rotated through five key departments, including Sales and Marketing, Instrument and Reagent Research Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.

These rotations gave her intensive mentoring and practical experience in sales and branding strategy, quality and regulatory processes, lab techniques, and product development.

As part of the program, Valentina finished a department project and gave a final presentation to senior leadership. The project covered research, product development, and the go-to-market strategy. This project helped her identify her strengths and potential career direction in biotechnology.

“It’s been an amazing journey having a global internship at Zinexts. The interactive mentoring and hands-on training across departments broadened my knowledge and helped me explore my future career path in the biotechnology field,” said Valentina

Beyond the technical training, Valentina highlighted the company’s diverse international culture. “Zinexts has a global culture that made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my internship,” she added.

Following this program’s success, Zinexts plans to expand opportunities for more international students, reinforcing our commitment to cultivating the next generation of global biotech talent.

“We invite more international students to discover more about the biotech industry in these early stages of their careers,” said Juanita Juang, Vice President of Zinexts.

The expansion of this international internship program reflects Zinexts’ broader mission to bridge educational institutions worldwide with practical industry experience.
