Product Description

The MagPurix® TB DNA Extraction Kit is designed to extract MTB DNA from sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) or other respiratory specimens such as viscous body fluid (e.g., pus), cell-free body fluid (e.g., CSF, urine), blood or blood-contaminated sample, colony from solid culture and liquid culture. The kit uses unique magnetic ZiBeads® technology and in combination with MagPurix® series automatic instruments, achieved superior product quality, consistent and high product yield and reproducible results. The final product is suitable for a wide range of diagnostic and research applications, such as sequencing, genotyping, qPCR, ddPCR and NGS assays.
