We are delighted to announce the official release of our latest innovation, the MagPurix® 12 N.E.O. (Nucleic acid Extraction Optimized), set to launch this month. Designed to streamline the extraction process for complex sample types utilized in molecular diagnostics, the MagPurix® 12 N.E.O. serves as the ultimate companion in disciplines demanding precision, including oncology, genetic testing, infectious diseases, and forensics.

This next-generation system features optimized reaction chambers, enhancing efficiency during both the lysis and magnetic beads collection and elution stages. Our engineering team has prioritized the development of a new reaction chamber to preserve nucleic acid integrity, facilitating the extraction and purification of long nucleic acid fragments suitable for downstream applications such as next-generation sequencing (NGS) or quantitative PCR (qPCR).

With full bi-directional laboratory information system (LIS) connectivity, users can easily track previous samples, ensuring seamless record-keeping. The user interface has undergone a complete overhaul, allowing users to effortlessly navigate the MagPurix® 12 N.E.O. using the intuitive 7-inch touchscreen PC tablet and a 2D/3D barcode scanner for streamlined sample and consumables identification.

Notably, the MagPurix® 12 N.E.O. boasts a more compact design than ever before, occupying 40% less space than its predecessor, the EVO generation, and nearly 30% less space than the MagPurix® 12A. Designed to replace older generations, this system is poised to revolutionize laboratory benchtops worldwide.
